What we collect. Only what you give us: the name, contact details, and messages you submit through our contact and application forms. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell your information.

How we use it. To respond to your inquiry and to process rental applications. Application information is used solely for tenant screening under standard rental criteria and Ontario law.

How long we keep it. Inquiry messages are kept only as long as needed to respond. Application information is retained as required by Ontario tenancy record-keeping rules.
