Loyalist Property Management is a full-service property management company offering a hands-on approach — serving the Region of Waterloo and Wellington County.
We cover most areas of rental management, including property management, rental processing, and basic accounting. We have combined more than 20 years of personal experience in the management and ownership of rental properties.
Five principals are involved in managing our properties, and some staff hold real estate licences — so we can readily list properties for lease or sale and bring accurate market knowledge to you.
We believe in providing affordable housing with a comfortable home. Our apartments accommodate different living arrangements, are located conveniently close to all amenities, and sit directly on major bus routes.
